Sample Practice – Home

The following a through d (4) exercises are developed for home practice. These exercises are specifically intended for students who have already completed an instructor-led, group-based class but wish to continue exercising at home. During each practice session the student is encouraged to follow the instructions shown in each video. Daily practice of these exercises, which last approximately 30 minutes, are strongly encouraged.

  1. Ankle sway and arm swing exercises

  3. Ankle sway exercises with stepping
  4. Step up and turn with Brush Knees
